- Collection (Saturday 9am-3pm)

- Nationwide Delivery (Monday - Friday) (Weekends are available in special circumstances).

We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available options and estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and the items in your order. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the shipping options available for your specific order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders typically require 1-2 business days for processing before they are shipped, except in cases of pre-order items or special circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

3. Shipping Time and Estimates

The time it takes for your order to reach its destination will depend on the shipping method you select and your shipping address. While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, please be aware that factors such as holidays, adverse weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be provided during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

5. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international Shipping.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the designated carrier's website - Strait NZ.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of lost packages, we will initiate an investigation to locate or replace your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
